NA’s 667 students come from 85+ communities in New Jersey. Students of color represent 63% of the population. -
Experienced Faculty
Approximately 87 percent of NA’s 92 teachers and administrators hold advanced degrees and 20 have earned doctoral degrees. The average tenure of NA teachers is 10 years. -
Advanced Courses
NA is the 1st IB school in New Jersey. Approximately 94% of the Class of 2024 is enrolled in at least one International Baccalaureate (IB) course. NA offers AP courses and exam preparation in select subjects. -
Numerous Clubs and Activities
More than 60 student clubs and activities are available to students in the Upper School. There are 24 extracurricular clubs for Middle School students. -
Experiential Learning
Upper School students in grades 9-11 pursue a passion or discover a new interest during June Term. Middle School students engage in a year-ending Capstone travel adventure during the final two weeks of the school year. -
Athletic Excellence
NA teams have won 417 total championships. More than 50 alumni are competing at the collegiate level. -
Creating Wonder Through The Arts
NA's Jazz band Chameleon won 11-straight state championships. More than 40 visual and performing arts courses are offered and led by NA's experienced faculty.
